Can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging.
- The product must show normal handling only. Damage caused by improper use or careless handling is not eligible.
- Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- The product must have been found defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
- Return or exchange requests are reviewed within 2 business days of receipt and are either approved or denied. Within 14 days, you will receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit.
How can I return my order?

Once we receive your request, you will be provided with a return address and return form.
Please send the product, together with the completed return form, to the address provided and share the associated tracking number with us.
Your request will be processed within 14 days after we receive your return.
Why can’t beauty and health products be returned?
Certain hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned or refunded. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- underwear
- bikinis
- makeup
- hair styling products
- beauty products
- health products
We take hygiene and public safety seriously and, for the protection of all customers, we do not allow returns of beauty and health-related products.
This is standard practice across many beauty and health brands for the same reason.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. All customers are responsible for the cost of their own return shipping.
Please note that our return address is located in Asia. Return shipping costs may vary depending on your location, but typically range between $16 and $30.
We strongly recommend sending your return with a Track & Trace / tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
