Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping above $25 order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information so you can track your package at any time.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled due to our fast processing times.


Delayed Orders

Has your package been delayed? In some cases, shipping delays may occur due to high demand or busy shopping periods, such as Black Friday or the holiday season.

Please allow 3 additional business days for your order to arrive. If your package still has not arrived after that, please contact our customer support team and include your order number.


Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photo or video evidence of the damage

Defective Product

We’re sorry to hear that.

In rare cases, a product may become damaged during transit. If this happens, we will send you a replacement package at no extra cost.

If the replacement product also arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost or not delivered due to a shipping issue, we will always send a replacement package before moving forward with any refund or return resolution.


Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

If a package is delivered to your address or made available for pickup and is not accepted or claimed, it may be returned to us.

In that case, we reserve the right to deduct a $15 handling and return shipping fee from the total refund amount.


Order Cancellations

Orders are sent into processing as soon as they are placed, which means cancellations are not possible once the order has been submitted.

If you experience any issue with your order, please reach out to us. We handle these cases with priority and will always do our best to make things right.
